Why Train District Officers?

Club Leaders are best served by District leaders who benefited from consistent, professional training that supports the brand, enhances member experience, and helps them grow as leaders.

Who Are The District Officers?

District officers include the District team of District Director, Program Quality Director, and Club Growth Director. Other officers include the Division Directors, Area Directors, and Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI) Coordinators who help organise the club officer training in June to August and December to February.

As a District Leader, it is your responsibility to uphold the governing documents of Toastmasters International, foster an atmosphere of enjoyment, teamwork, and dedication in the spirit of learning, growing, and achieving, work to fulfil the district mission and strive to achieve recognition in the Distinguished District Program.

Moving forward, the District Leadership Kit (detailed below) will only be available as digital resources. This will enable new leaders to access the content sooner, eliminate mailing challenges and always have the most up-to-date information available. These documents will be regularly updated throughout the program year, so be on the lookout for the latest version.
