Important Information for Delegates

 

 

Toastmasters' Registration Desk is located on level 3, Furama Riverfront.

Tickets will not be sold at the door, and no one can be admitted to these events without a ticket.  Please write your name on the back of each ticket so it may be returned to you if it is misplaced.  District 80 cannot replace lost tickets.

 Pre-Registrants should pick up their Convention Bags and event tickets at the Registration Desk.

 Registration Will Be Open:

Friday  19th May                                        8.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.

Saturday   20th May                                   8.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. 

The Credential Desk is located on Level 3.  It will be open :

Friday  19th May                                        11.00 a.m. to 1 p.m. 

Welcome Tea /Coffee will be served from 8.00 to 8.30 a.m.

on 19th, 20th and 21st  morning.

All delegates are to be seated in the Venus Ballroom by 8.30 a.m.  

Convention Badges are your passport for admission to Convention events.  Along with your tickets, your Convention badge admits you to all general and educational sessions.  

Bus Service -  Bus service has been arranged for all delegates to ferry from Furama to Neptune on Friday 19th May. 

Valuables / Safety Deposit Boxes - Toastmasters International District 80, the Furama Riverfront and The Neptune cannot assume responsibility for any injury, lost or stolen items.   A safety deposit box is available to all guests staying at the hotel.  Kindly check with the hotel's Front Desk to secure your valuable belonging.  If you have misplaced an item, please check with the information center and hotel's Front Desk.     

Recordings - We request that you do not use your own recorder to tape sessions.  

Smoking Policy - Smoking is not permitted in any of the general sessions, educational sessions, meal events or other meetings during the Convention.

Smoking is permitted only in designated areas of the hotel.  We appreciate your cooperation. 

Safety -  For the safety of others, at all times, please keep the aisles and hallways clear of obstructions, such as packages, briefcases, handbags, etc. this will enable all delegates to enjoy the Convention.
