Call for Nominations for District Office

• Fellow Toastmasters:
  
  This is an important notice regarding the coming elections to
  select the right type of Officers and Leaders who will be the
  flag-bearers of District 80 in the 2006-07 term.
  
  Nominations for the following offices are invited. Please note
  that the closing date is Saturday 16 April 2006.
  
  District Officer Positions:
  
  District 80 Governor
  Lt. Governor Education & Training
  Lt Governor Marketing
  Division Governors: B, D, H, K, L, S, T, U, Z
  
  [Note that the positions of Public Relations Officer, District Secretary and District Treasurer are not elected posts in District 80. Area Governors should be elected at the respective Area Councils or appointed by the District Governor when necessary]
  
  In accordance with the provisions in Toastmasters International Policy Section VI E8, I have appointed Past 51 District Governor and Past International Director Augustine Lee, DTM as the District 80 Nomination Committee Chairman.
  
  Information regarding TI Rules and Procedures governing Campaigns and Elections have been posted on our District website: www.district80.org. Copies of documents to be submitted are on the same page too.
