AREA GOVERNOR ELECTION PROCEDURES Notice of Area Governor Elections - The election of Area Governors must be held during an area council meeting at least two weeks before the Annual District Council Meeting (Annual Convention)
- Written notice of the election must be given to the President of each club in the area at least 4 weeks before the election.
- A majority of the voting Area Council members or their proxies shall constitute a quorum (more that 50%)

It is 107 days towards the end of the Toastmasters term 2007-2008.
These 107 days is very precious and every minute tick...tick...tick...tick....and soon it will be June 30th 2008
What legacy do we want to leave behind for 2007-2008?
Do we want to leave a legacy that many members of the community have gained?
Do we want to leave a legacy that many members have benefited by doing their CCs and ACs speeches?
Do we want to leave behind a legacy that we have made a difference in people's life?
